Dial-a-Carol is an annual Christmas project of the Oddfellows & Rebekahs organizations in Grand Falls-Windsor. On a Sunday afternoon in mid-December the groups' members gather at VOCM radio station for the live event. Thanks to a $25,000 grant from Ronald McDonald Children's Charities, the pediatric clinic at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre was refurbished in January 2008. The examination rooms as well as waiting areas have a new look that has added comfort and relaxation for the children visiting the doctor . -
